My Voice 03:35
I used to lie awake at night, dreamin’ That I could be somebody else. I used to stare up at the sky. I used to wish that I could fly away. But there’s a whisperin’ in my heart, A silent song from deep within, Tellin’ me that I was born a star. All I need to breathe is who I am. Chorus: This is my voice. This is my soul. This is my freedom as part of the whole. This is my voice. This is my soul. This is my journey. I’m on my way home. I’ve tried to stay inside the lines, believin’ That I’m either right or that I’m wrong. Believin’ that beauty’s hard to find, I forget the rhythm of my song. But even in my darkest times, There’s a light ignited deep within. There’s somethin’ in me I can’t hide, Tellin’ me that I was born to sing. Chorus I’m goin’ home. I’m goin’ home. I’m goin’ home, home. I’m goin’ home. ‘cause this is who I am.

Dancing 03:06
A door opens, and you walk in with a smile Feeling open, I wanna linger here for a while It’s a smile that I can’t ignore And I’m wonderin’ how it is that we’ve never met before? Chorus And we’re dancing in the moment La da da, La da da, La da da da da And you’re looking at me with those passionate eyes Baby, lead the way. I speak and you hold onto every word that I say Words unspoken, you’re watching every move that I make And I don’t wanna close this door The discovery’s been made, we have a new world to explore. Chorus La la la la la, La la la la, La la la la la la la la la Chorus

Changing 03:03
We build our castles on the sand, And when the water comes to wash away, What matters most are the hands we hold. Seasons bend and illusions fall. We fear the end of what we know, But as we grow, there’s a truth that lives within. Chorus: We’re changing. We’re changing. We’re changing. And yet, through it all, there’s love breathing life into us all, ooooh. Even when it hurts, There’s wisdom in impermanence The lamplight flickers, even in an empty room. And so I’ll thank the past. I’ll say yes to possibility, Let love be my guide, and surrender to the mystery. Chorus Love breathing life into us all, ooooh. Love breathing life into us all. Ooh, ooh, ooh.
4.
Marry Me 03:36
Marry me like a mandolin is married to its strings And I’ll marry you for love. Carry me to an island where we’ll laugh and learn and sing To the stars up above. Chorus: You are my sunrise. You are the rain on a hot summer day, And I’ll be your woman. I am your girl. Take my hand and we’ll live to see the beauty life can bring When we give the world our love. Share my life, and we’ll dance and see the joy in simple things As we’re blessed from up above. Chorus You were my biggest surprise. I could feel the ocean breeze when I looked in your eyes, And I want to spend my whole life Growing young and wise with you at my side. Chorus 2x Marry me like a mandolin is married to its strings, and I’ll marry you for love
5.
Purple Sky 03:49
Purple sky, oh how I long to be a star tonight Above the clouds, I’ll shine into my love’s sweet eyes Then maybe he will finally see this flame inside my heart. Purple Sky, oh how I long to spread my arms and fly Above the clouds, I’ll dance as all the moonbeams rise Then maybe my love would notice me And hold me in his arms. Sittin’ in this tired old hickory. Dreamin’ that he’s sittin’ here with me. Wonderin’ what would I do? If he climbed on up here and said “I love you?” Purple Sky, Oh how I long to be a star tonight Above the clouds, I’d be a shooting star I would fly high above the earth And land within his heart.

Never-ending 02:41
Where does the frog begin and the pond end? Where does the river bend become the sea? When I look at the sky, I see the ocean. When I look in your eyes I see a part of me. Chorus: It’s never-ending. It’s never-ending. It’s never-ending. It’s never-ending. And birds fly from tree to tree just like cottonwood seeds are floating on a breeze. I feel the sunshine when you smile at me, And love flows down like rain. When the sun and moon and the earth align, The water shines and the tide moves in. As we watch the stars, blessed by the night. Your breath and mine becomes the wind. Chorus 2X

Winter Song 04:01
Winter peaks around an old oak tree Geese search for summer homes Water forms like drops of glass beneath bare branches Leaves let go. And where does living end and where does life begin? The darkness and the light? ‘cause if I listen closely I can hear the earth singing Underneath it’s bed of white. Chorus: It’s sings Om, Om, Om, Om. Repeat Verse 1 Chorus

It's Alright 03:08
I’m gonna close my thoughts And open my heart I’m gonna own my part And let it go I’m gonna cry it out And breathe on in I’m gonna scream and shout Until the silence wins Chorus And it’s alright, it’s alright It’s plain to see we’re only human When we forgive ourselves and love despite our frailities, we are divine And the truth is we’re all trying to be good And all of us just want to be understood And when we seek the truth through another’s eyes We realize that we are all the same. Chorus And so I’ll close my thoughts And open my heart. I’m gonna own my part And let it go.
9.
Be Here Now 03:31
My bills are late. I’m underpaid. I’m on my way to work again, And I can’t seem to find my way out of this. My thoughts are tired. My body aches. I’m climbin’ up without a break. And I can’t seem to find my way out of this, But somehow I’ve gotta get out of this. Chorus: So I’m gonna be here now. Yeah, I’m gonna be here now. All I need is here right now. So I’m gonna be here now. I gave my heart and watched it break. There’s not much more that I can take. And I can’t seem to find my way out of this. I’ve tried to sleep. I’m still awake. I’m plagued with thoughts of yesterday. And I can’t seem to find my way out of this, But somehow I know I’ll get out of this. Chorus The moment before me is all that I need The fear and the sadness, my guide The more that I open to all that I see The more I see it all dissolve into love Love. Love. Love. Love. Love. Love. Love. Chorus

Mr. Shame 04:22
There’s this voice inside my head, It’s telling me I shouldn’t say what I just said. And there’s this feeling, it’s awfully small, It’s telling me I shouldn’t be me really at all. And then I feel so sad, I didn’t know that I was that bad, But maybe that voice was wrong, Isn’t it true that I belong? Chorus: Hey, Mister Shame, oh yeah, I know your name, We played this before and I know you keep score, But, Mister Shame, I’m not playing your game, No matter how far you go, to make me feel so low, I know when I speak my truth I’m free and then, You don’t have the power over me. But there’s that voice, the one I dread, It’s telling me I should’ve stayed at home in bed. And there’s that feeling, t’s deep and low, It’s telling me I shouln’t play another show. And then I feel so blue. How could I know I was s’posed to be you? But maybe that voice was wrong. After all, I’m the one that’s writing this song. Chorus But there’s that voice, I thought it was gone. It’s telling me that this song is awfully long. And there’s that feeling, it’s cold and tight, It’s telling me I couln’t possibly do anything right. And then I feel so mad. How could I know I wasn’t s’posed to feel glad? But maybe that voice was wrong. After all, being me has been fun all along. Chorus

Little child, you are so much more than I could dream you’d be You’re a shining flower in life’s great mystery. Little child, all I ever want for you to know Is that your loved in every moment that you grow. Chorus: Beautiful child, when you smile at me, then I know what I can believe in. Beautiful child, when I look into your eyes, I see a world that I can be free in. Little child, sometimes you’ll feel as if your heart is wrong, And sometimes you’ll feel as if you don’t belong. Little child, if you listen to the voice that’s deep inside, You will see that all you have to do is shine. Chorus You can dance up on the moon, and sing with the stars Play hopscotch on your way to planet mars; But your only role on earth is to be exactly who you are, And I want you to know, you’re a wonder. Beautiful child, when you smile at me, then I know what I can believe in.

Be a Light 04:28
It doesn’t interest me if you can walk on water It doesn’t interest me if you’ve climbed Mt. Everest It doesn’t interest me if you have a million dollars Or if you’re a big success I wanna know if you can open up your heart And find the fear and give it love I want to know if you can listen to wisdom Of you tears Chorus: And when the darkness comes and you’re all alone Do you feel an aching in your bones? Do you long to be a light in this world? Do you long to be a light in this world? It doesn’t interest me if you know all the rules It doesn’t interest me how well that you save face It doesn’t interest me how far you got in school Or your religion or your race. I wanna know if when you feel like you’ve got nothing left To give, you give some more I wanna know if you can greet a stranger with an open door Chorus Be a light, be a light, be a light today (8X)
